𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆: We are seeking a Medical Statistician to join the Quality Department and collect, analyze, and present medical and hospital data and statistics using appropriate charts and data analysis tools. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • Collect data and statistics from various medical, nursing, and administrative departments. • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and validity of data before entry or approval. • Enter data and update databases and approved electronic systems. • Prepare periodic statistical reports for the Quality Department. • Calculate and monitor KPIs according to approved definitions and methodologies. • Analyze data, compare results across different periods, and identify trends and changes. • Prepare tables, charts, and KPI dashboards, including Pareto Charts and Control Charts. • Coordinate with different departments to identify and correct missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent data. • Prepare and maintain KPI scorecards and dashboards. • Identify correlations between results. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Experience in preparing reports, KPIs, and data analysis. • Strong data analysis and results interpretation skills. • Ability to handle large datasets. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Proficiency in Pivot Tables and Charts. • Power BI or statistical analysis software is preferred. • Ability to prepare professional reports.
