Job Description Handle automation maintenance and troubleshooting. Troubleshoot PLC [Siemens], SCADA, Drives [Sinamics – ABB - Schneider], instrumentation, and automation systems. Perform process programming and HMI development/modifications. Support maintenance planning and execution. Troubleshoot problems and implement Preventive & Predictive Maintenance. Handle technical issues through Root Cause Analysis. Work on decreasing losses across processing operations. Follow and achieve Production Line KPIs. Follow up and control spare parts stock. Develop the technical performance of Technicians through training and leadership. Job Requirements Very Good Knowledge of Industrial Automation systems, drives & motors. Very Good Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, Drives, instrumentation, and automation systems. Very Good Knowledge of communication protocols used between PLC & Drives. Very Good Knowledge of Medium Voltage / Low Voltage Systems, MV Transformers, and UPS. Strong knowledge and awareness of HSE and LOTO Procedures in Industry. BSc of Electrical Engineering 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience. Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Leadership Teamwork Reporting Presentation Professional user of the Microsoft Office Package. Preferable familiarity with ERP / SAP System.
