About the RoleAs part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a motivated Mechanical Shift Engineer to join our manufacturing team and support efficient, safe, and reliable production operations. In this role, you will contribute to maintenance activities, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic industrial environment. Responsibilities Carry out planned and emergency mechanical maintenance and repairs Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and ensure fast and effective problem resolution Plan, document, and analyze maintenance activities (spare parts, costs, downtime, repair duration) Assist in installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems Monitor and maintain performance of electrical systems and production machinery Support selection and management of maintenance materials and spare parts Maintain and update technical documentation (circuit diagrams, wiring layouts, etc.) Support onboarding and training of junior technicians and new team members Report critical maintenance issues and propose improvement actions Operate forklift trucks and lift platforms when required Test and maintain essential systems including fire detection, HVAC, lighting, compressed air, water, and loading systems Ensure full compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance environments Required Skills Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams Good command of English and MS Office tools Experience with SAP (preferred) Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills What We Offer: Work in a global manufacturing environment Opportunities for technical growth and training Collaborative and safety-focused workplace Social & medical insurance Transportation provided
